  We want to be perfectly clear about what this is and how it works.  According to the Virginia Board of Medicine Ethics Guideline, we cannot provide any service that would normally require a charge until 72 hours after the “Free Visit.”  You must wait three (3) days before we can treat you or evaluate you further.

 

The FREE CONSULTATION is a vehicle whereby people that are unsure or afraid may be made more comfortable by experiencing a brief 10-minute one-on-one encounter with the medical provider.  Again, no treatment will be given, only a diagnosis and information on the availability of treatment.

 

The "FREE CONSULT" does not apply if you have determined that you want treatment initially. You must call and make an appointment for which there will be a charge to you or your insurance company. Spider Veins are considered cosmetic and usually not covered by insurance. Please bring or wear shorts or a dress (no hose, please) so that the doctor will have access to your legs.

Once you have made your appointment, please come back to this website and click on “Patient Forms” (see list to the left).  Print out the Patient Information Form and the Vein Questionnaire, complete both, and bring them with you to your appointment.
